Gratitude
I am deeply grateful to the many individuals, groups and organizations who have taken part in Asheville Mindful Living’s programs over the years. Together, we have built a community of practice, presence and care that continues to ripple outward in ways seen and unseen but deeply felt.
Whatever skill and kindness I have offered in my work has its roots securely held in the love, wisdom and patience of my wife, Jan; my daughters and my parents have been beloved quiet (and not so quiet) teachers. Their presence, humor, and love have given me both wings and ground.
Finally, I offer a deep bow of gratitude to these teachers, friends and colleagues. Your encouragement, wisdom and quiet acts of support have sustained and inspired this work and continues to echo through all that I do.
