In these past days, you may have been ‘inhaling’ so much! Taking in too much news, social media, stress, tips, worries, changes, loss, and uncertainty. Think of this gathering as a brief respite, a slow exhale. There is no charge for this offering and you may share this notice with others from your program.

This gathering is for 

  • MBSR past participants,

  • UNC Mindfulness-Based Medicine students & faculty,

  • Asheville Fire Dept Resilient Mind Program firefighters & recruits, and

  • Buncombe County/Asheville City Schools Mindful Schools teachers & staff.


You may share this announcement with family & friends. 

We cannot offer technical assistance with Zoom, but some instructions are posted below.

You may join the call after 6:55 pm and exit at anytime.

There is no charge for this offering.
