Prior to registering, please consult the MBSR Winter-2024 Course Schedule to be sure the specific class dates and times work with your calendar. The Tuesday course and All Day Retreat will be offered at Trinity Episcopal Church - 60 Church St in Asheville. This offering may be changed to online at any time at the sole discretion of the instructor. To attend the free Information Session, you must select one of the options below.

Choose Option 1 to reserve a space in the class by registering and paying one of the sliding scale amounts by credit/debit card. Discount codes: $595-No code; $495-mbsr495, $395-mbsr395. If you have additional financial need, please use this email link to request one of the scholarship seats for a reduced fee below $395; requests must be approved by instructor. If you attend the Information Session and decide the course is not right for you, you will receive a full refund less the 3.5% PayPal admin fee. (Note: There is also a program fee if you cancel within 7 days of the Information Session).

Choose Option 2 to add your name to the Stand By list. Please be aware that choosing this option does not guarantee you a space in the class. If space is available for the class after the Info Session, individuals from the Stand by list will be added based upon their sign-up date.  

 

The Information Session is free. The 8-week class is offered on a sliding scale which includes significantly reduced scholarship seats. Please pay more, if you can, to help support those less able to pay. Thank you.
