Prior to registering, please consult the MBSR Winter-2023 Class Schedule to be sure the specific class dates and times work with your calendar. This in-person course will be offered at Trinity Episcopal Church - 60 Church St in Asheville. To attend the free Information Session, you must select one of the options below. This in-person offering may be changed to online at any time at the sole discretion of the instructor.

The Information Session is free. The 8-week class is offered on a sliding scale: $295, $395 or $495. Please pay more, if you can, to help support those less able to pay. Refunds are available after orientation, before the first session. Thank you.

Choose Option 1 to reserve a space in the class by registering and paying one of the sliding scale amounts by credit/debit card. Discount codes: $495 No code; $395 MBSR395, $295 MBSR295. If you attend the Information Session and decide the course is not right for you, you will receive a full refund. (Note: There is a fee if you cancel within 7 days of the Information Session).  

 

Choose Option 2 if you do not wish to register and pay at this time. This option does not guarantee you a seat in the class. Your name will be added to the Standby list by the date it was received, and if there is space after the Info Session, you can pay at that time.
